If you are not represented by a business sell-side broker firm, you can connect with Alpha40 Capital directly or through your accountant. We can create an expression of interest ("EOI") for your consideration after a discussion and view of 3-years financial statements. This step is non-binding to both parties and gets alignment for a possible deal including price, structure, and transition.

Alpha40 encourages sellers to consult with a professional firm like a broker or their own accounting firm to get a sense of how businesses are being priced in the market. A business valuation can vary by buyer-type and can change based on general market conditions and financing terms. We understand sellers often have a walk-away number in mind and so we can get to an understanding on value to Alpha40  without wasting your time or money.

If financial statements are prepared, the first step of business valuation can be performed quickly. We typically present sellers with a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" to give comfort in our legal need for confidentiality. After a 30-60 minute introductory web-meeting and review of the available financial information we can present a non-binding expression of interest.
